HOW TO PAY

We accept payment through PAYPAL or cheque. Paypal is completely secure, and means that Smith and Coates don't even see your payment details, just your order and the delivery address.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email us via the Mailing List to reserve the top(s) you would like, and then send your delivery details and the cheque to Smith and Coates, 45 Kempe Road, London NW6 6SP. Please make your cheque payable to SMITH AND COATES.

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

POSTAGE

Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 for all orders. Orders are sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. If your address is non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, or overseas, please email us or call us on +44 (0)7968 797927 for a quote as additional delivery charges will apply.

RETURNS

In case you wish to return an order, we need to be notified within a week of receiving your order and it must be returned in the original condition within 14 days. If the jumper is faulty in some way, please let us know immediately and we will cover the cost of the return postage as well. The refund will be made to the original purchaser's account once the goods have been received. If you wish to exchange a top this is also possible.
